Great Acts Of Kindness

Well everyone has been busy getting ready for Clyde's benefit, which was on sunday at the Itam Lodge in pittsfield. It was a wonderful day with great food, music played by some high school buddies and desserts galore. The chinese auction was awesome, some beautiful baskets and restaurant gift certificates and oh so much to bid on. Joan and her staff at Itam did a wonderful job. Everyone was enjoying themselves with conversation, 2 lab puppies to give you kisses and keep the kids entertained. For those of you who have never been to the Itam Lodge, it has a spectacular view of pontusac lake, and sunday was sunny & bright and absolutely a beautiful day. Everyone was asking about Clyde and the love that was shown was truly heartwarming.

The 50/50 raffle was over $1000 and 80 percent of the tickets had clydes name on it, and the ticket pulled was a lady who works at OTB in New Lebanon, and my dad sold her the ticket. The funny thing is her daughter who graduated high school this yr, won the scholarship that is in my moms name. How weird is that? Tammy was very surprised and happy when my dad presented her the money.

Today was a great day for Clyde, he went outside without the help of the strap and he did great. He is loving to come into the living room and be close to my dad and molly. Alisha came over and we changed his bandage, and he had a chance to lick his toes and than really did not want me to put a new bandage back on, can't blame him for that. My sister and brother in law randy left at 4:30 am to drive back to colorado. My sis came with a horse for my cousin and a 1/2 beef and 2 lab puppies. One was sold after one of the workers at the restaurant fell in love with the yellow male lab, named bullet. He is the minature version of Clyde, when clyde was a puppy.

Again I thank everyone who came, helped, donated. Clyde is a very lucky doggie.
God Bless! love from Clyde, Molly and me
